Pink Sand Summer, a book launch in Nashville

I was thrilled when I received the call to design flowers for Chassity Evans! I had read her book and loved the story.


I incorporated a variety of pink shades for the event.


What no one knew until now is that my wholesale company had the wrong date for my flower order, and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't there. I had to quickly switch to plan B and find pink and coral tones within an hour.


So when people say my job is "so fun and pretty," it certainly is, but the behind-the-scenes isn't as glamorous as the final product.


Nevertheless, I made it work, and everyone enjoyed the evening!
