If I Hosted a Party… It Would Be Called “Guac… Because You’re Extra”

Let’s be real—if I threw a party, it would be extra. But like... avocado-extra. Hence the theme:🥑 "Guac... Because You’re Extra."

Would I thrive designing and hosting this? Absolutely. Would I take it too far? Always.

First Things First: The Look

If we’re going all in, I’m showing up in full glam. I’m talkin’:

Leopard print jeans (duh)

A green top with just enough pattern to be flirty, not chaotic

Brown or green heels (depending on the vibe)

A Chanel bag to remind everyone I’m serious about guac

And a full face of hair + makeup thanks to Sephora because we don’t do bare-faced guac energy.

The Tablescape: Avocado-Inspired and Absolutely Extra

This party is basically an ode to the avocado. The color palette? Greens on greens with a dash of brown—because someone has to play the part of the pit (and yes, it’s symbolic).

Would I make a joke about how guac turns brown when you leave it out? I already did.

Tabletop vibes would be sourced from the greats:

Accent Decor for modern + organic centerpieces

Anthropologie and Furbish Studio for quirky glassware and linens

Chandlerie for that candle moment

White Door Rentals for tables, chairs, and structure

Because this isn't just a party—it's an aesthetic.

Dress Code: Mono-Green Madness

If it’s a mono-green party, it’s a mono-green dress code.

Guests would be fully immersed in the avocado fantasy:

🍃 Sage, emerald, lime, or olive—pick your hue and own it.

This is not the time to blend in. This is the time to match the vibe.

Who’s Coming?

Only the real ones.

This party is for all my busy besties who need a break—moms, dads, creatives, entrepreneurs, industry friends... basically anyone who deserves a night to be extra and unapologetically celebrated.

Invites?

Oh, they’re being designed by a local Nashville stationer with impeccable taste (DM me for recs). We support small biz always.

Location, Baby

The dream venue? Long Hollow Gardens in Gallatin, TN. Lush, earthy, and the perfect avocado-vibed backdrop for a night of guac, glam, and good times.

So if you're reading this and you're thinking, “Wait... when is this happening?”

Stay tuned. Or better yet—start planning your own themed soirée and don’t forget to invite me.
